The foundation of our business is individual approach, long-term relation with our Clients, and in-house business processes efficiency enhancement. To meet these goals and achieve high performance based on the world’s best practices, the Integrated Management System (IMS) implemented in NIPIAGAS. This System captures international standards requirements:

IMS implementation and development enables us to standardize in-house processes, allocate responsibilities clearly, mitigate risks, identify the opportunities for continuous processes enhancement. This creates conditions for successful projects realization, streamlined teamwork of both inside project teams, and cross-functionally.

NIPIGAS Integrated Management System has superseded the previous quality management system. It had been put in place and initially certified in 2000. Thereafter it was re-certified every three years.
