IMS implementation and development enables us to standardize in-house processes, allocate responsibilities clearly, mitigate risks, identify the opportunities for continuous processes enhancement. This creates conditions for successful projects realization, streamlined teamwork of both inside project teams, and cross-functionally.
NIPIGAS Integrated Management System has superseded the previous quality management system. It had been put in place and initially certified in 2000. Thereafter it was re-certified every three years.
